#19 My Client : PT. AJA (Surabaya, Indonesia)

  

Worked at Financial Technology (P2P Lending),

I do another sidejob, but still one big corporate with P2P Lending Company. 

My 19th client is PT. Arv***on J**a Ab**i.  The only one Styleseller (Korean Company) reseller which based in Indonesia. Main activity in this company is supply a cosmetic, skincare or other accessories from korean brand and it sell to local reseller and end user customer. The company do establish cooperation with Styleseller for selling their product to Indonesia. But, we do Export Indonesia's product to Styleseller Korea. Our product are selling in ecommerce and styleseller application.

For more than 2 years i handle, i did a lot of task, such as :

1) Monitoring all unit’s accounting, tax and financial activities

2) Monitoring jobdesk Staff Accounting, Tax and Finance

3) Monitoring Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly Report

4) Monitoring Financial Statement according to the rules Indonesia's Tax Regulations

5) Making and Analyzing Financial Statement

6) Checking procurement and selling activity

7) Making any fiscal reconsiliations/summary

8) Checking all transactional evidence

9) Controlling tax payment and tax report

10) Handling payroll process for all units and corporate

11) Controlling Account payable and receivable

12) Reminder and contact supplier to do procurement activity

13) Reminder and contact customer to do sales activity
